I had a heart attack on the 15th of April 2024 whilst on the operating table to insert a Stent. Can I use this program to strengthen my heart ♥ and become healthier? I don't want to suffer a 2nd heart attack whilst exercising.

I just had some injections in my knees. This workout was perfect and gave me the ability to raise my heart rate and get a good full body workout. Thank you!!
I had sciatica nerve pain so bad I couldn't walk, my chiropractor ordered an MRI only to find out I had herniated disc. The only thing that got rid of the pain was the decompression table, Laser treatments, and Stem. Three times a week for 23 treatments, believe me it works. These exercises didn't work for me I was in so much pain I couldn't tolerate it, good luck. This type of pain is crippling I had no feeling down my leg and toes were numb all the feeling returned after those treatments.
That's a lot of ad breaks for a 30 min workout.

Great stretching for upper and lower back along with hamstring stretch. I got up in the morning with pain and stiffness, checked a few videos before starting one, but this one is really helpful. After the completion of this session, I mean wow, my stiffness and pain is 60% gone. Thanks to both of you for such a session. God bless you.

If you have debilitating sciatica which I have had for the last week, screeching only makes things worst. The best things I have found to relieve the nerve pain is resting with my legs raised and when feeling good exercising my glutes and abs over and over to relieve stress on the lower back

How much calories does this whole workout burn?
